Materials

We will teach you what is the best product for the job and to use and how to use them. In this section we will cover Concrete Sealers, Urethane and Epoxy Primers, Urethanes, Ureas, Aliphatics, Polyaspartics, Moisture Cure Products, and Specialty Coatings.

Job Survey

In this section we will teach you how to evaluate the job. It will include how to measure the job, determining substrates, work time, surroundings, down time, access with crew and equipment, use of coating, and possible future liabilities and customer expectations and warranty.

Bidding the Job

This section will teach you what pre preparation is needed, surface prep, sealer and priming, and what coating to use and line of how long the job will take and extended service contract.

Doing the Job

We will go through step by step of doing a job. This section will include in depth of preparation, sealing and priming and coating the job and clean up. We will also concentrate on job efficiency.

Hands On

As groups we will survey an area, put together bids, compare the survey and bids to make sure everybody is comfortable. We will apply different materials to make sure everybody understands the materials and is comfortable using them.

Marketing and Demos

Marketing  is the most important part of this trainings. We will teach you what areas to market to and who to speak to in different industries. Demos are what usually sell the job. We will teach you how to get the customer involved and committed on a solution for their needs.
